For a few months now, the BK has been hosting staff development night - where current mechanics and volunteer mechanics-in-training can work on their own projects, get assistance and feedback to build and share skills and knowledge. WTF wrenches- this is a great way to work on your mechanic skills in a mellow atmosphere and build up the numbers of WTF mechanics.
